A spiritual eco-feminism writer, speaker, conscious living coach, social change catalyst, circle convener and workshop facilitator, Nnaumrata holds the vision to awaken and galvanize the feminine spirit for a planetary transformation of consciousness.
She is the Founder of the not-for-profit organisation, Zemyna Foundation (Zemyna means Earth Goddess in Lithuanian) and the founder of Life Beyond Motherhood, a coaching and consulting venture aimed at helping women find fulfillment in their lives and careers. Her signature projects have been ‘Aparajita’, an award winning Diversity and Inclusion project with GENPACT and Breakthrough, a program for women returners designed for the Genpact Center for Women’s Leadership seeded at the Ashoka University at Sonepat.
Post completion of the Change.Org’s ‘She Creates Change’ 1-year program for women change makers, where she accomplished the massive feat of receiving over 1,00,000 signatures on her campaigning to reduce plastic packaging, Nnaumrata has been speaking and presenting at various national and international forums including at universities and at international conferences. She has conducted workshops and presented at the Parliament of World Religions at Toronto in 2018, the Climate Change and Consciousness Conference at Scotland in 2019, the Mind and Life’s Summer Research Institute at New York in 2019 and the ‘Elevating Consciousness through Meditation’ conference at IIM Bengaluru in 2019.
A Certified professional coach from the International Coach Academy, Australia, Nnaumrata has over 20 years of work experience, which includes a corporate tenure of 14 years, during which, she has held key leadership positions in Talent Development in leading MNCs like Accenture, Sapient Corporation, GE and Vodafone.
An avid writer, Nnaumrata published ‘The Possibility of Balance’ in 2015 and since then has been writing blogs, articles, newspaper columns and has also contributed book chapters on the subject of compassion. Nnaumrata is passionate about the subject of human flourishing and has trained with various Buddhist teachers and Climate Change experts. Since 2018, Nnaumrata has been hosting ‘Happiness Circles’, a unique initiative which she started at home and has now been shared with her network across the world.
