Namrataa’s Story

A Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the International Coach Academy (Australia), Namrataa has been coaching clients across various countries including US, Europe and India. She is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach), accredited by one of the world’s largest accreditation body for coaches, ICF (International Coach Academy). She is the Founder of Life Beyond Motherhood, a venture which specializes in coaching women going through transitions in their career and lives and works with them to help them define their life balance for happier and fulfilling lives. She has recently founded a venture, Global Coaching Lab, a platform for learning, experimentation and business building for coaches.

Prior to becoming a life coach, Namrataa held key leadership positions in Talent Development in leading corporates for over 14 years. Through her learning leadership roles in MNCs like Accenture, Sapient Corporation, GE and Vodafone,Namrataawon many accolades for her leadership, creativity and people growth. Namrataa brings an in-depth knowledge and experience in setting up and managing high performing, cost-effective and geographically distributed learning functions. With her extensive client and team management experience, Namrataa set up Growth Cube in 2012, with the objective of providing Coaching, Consulting and Mentoring solutions for Talent Development functions in organizations.

Professionally trained in Instructional Design, Workshop Facilitation, Performance Consulting and Six Sigma, Namrataa has been instrumental in creating learning transformation success stories across organizations in the private and social sector.

Namrataa is passionate about women related agendas and is associated with national networks of women that focus on coaching and mentoring women from various walks of life to build their business and entrepreneurial skills.

An avid writer, Namrataahas five blogs to her credit, ranging from next practices in HR and learning to the philosophy of life and the adventures of motherhood. Namrataabeing a columnist for a revolutionary citizens’journal – ‘The Goan’ and writes for Parent Edge, a parenting magazine focused on learning and education for children.
